Established in 2008, Simply Strata was created with a clear purpose: to provide Owners Corporations with a more flexible, supportive and cost-effective approach to strata management. With extensive industry knowledge and experience, the company understands the wide range of challenges that can arise within strata communities and provides tailored solutions to help owners manage their properties with greater confidence and control.
Simply Strata offers a range of services designed to suit the individual needs of each property and Owners Corporation. This includes Assisted Strata Management, providing back-end administration, professional guidance and strata management expertise while allowing Owners Corporations to maintain greater involvement and control over their property.
